This blog is a support system for women who are current college students and for college-bound women, no matter where they reside. Once you are finished with your education, there will be other women who will need your support, so continue to log onto the site to share your expertise.
An important feature of this blog is its anonymity. The only thing that other users of this blog know about you is the screen name that you provide. You do not have to limit your depth of sharing by fearing that someone else on the site will know who you are, and you do not have to be embarrassed to ask what you may feel are silly or sensitive questions. You will find that it is a safe place to discuss truthfully what goes on in your household, and in your life, and you can express freely how you feel. For those of you who are new to using a computer, here is how this works:

See the tabs at the top of this page named Prepare for College, Get Down to Business, School Basics, Self Care, and Home Care? Consider what you would like to discuss and click on the appropriate tab. Read what the discussions in that tab are about and scroll down to “Leave a Reply.” You will be able to view all comments, but you will need a login ID and password if you wish to participate in the forum. If you wish to ask a question or leave a comment, then click “Log In” and follow the instructions. Once logged in, type what you wish to say, then click “Submit Comment.” It’s that easy!
On your right you will see a ”Search” box. If you wish to see if a particular subject is already being discussed, then type in that subject so that you can review all current discussions about that topic. Also on your right, there is something called “Blogroll” which contains websites that may be of interest to you. Click on the link to go directly to those websites.
