Have you for gotten or did you never learn how to read a textbook, take notes, and listen effectively? How do you make study time for yourself when you have children? Post your questions and offer suggestions here.

One thing I learned early on was to be proactive with EVERYTHING. I asked the teacher questions about a test before the test, such as what kind of test it was, how much time we had, and what type of questions would be on the test. I also made the effort to find out what my instructor’s name would be as soon as I enrolled in a class so that I could check with the bookstore to get my books early; that way I could read through the book so that I would have some idea of what was going on before class began.
